"Why Mildura?"

"It was initially our love for Mildura’s landscape, people and produce that drew us here.  And now it is a place, that together with our two children Ethan & Eve we proudly call home"…

In 2006, Andy and Mandy Williams  acquired the  lease of two restaurant spaces within the historic Mildura Grand Hotel and drew on their extensive  experience in hospitality and marketing together with a clever rebranding strategy that capitalised on the regions strengths, to create two highly acclaimed, much loved dining options: Seasons and The new Spanish Bar & Grill.

Undoubtedly one of the keys to Andy & Mandy’s continued success has been their passion for and belief in what they do. Never wavering from their original vision, they have set about to create a visitor experience that best represents an authentic Mildura: delivered via local food, wine and people.

About Andy

There is just something about Andy Williams that you can’t help but love.  Whether it is his cheeky grin or the way he interacts with diners, he is definitely one of the restaurants main attractions. But don’t be fooled, there is so much more to Andy than his charm!

Andy is not just a PR extraordinaire, but is a renowned sommelier, with extensive wine knowledge and management experience. He has worked at some of Australia’s finest dining establishments including: Salsa Bar & Grill, Port Douglas, The Boathouse Floating Restaurant, Noosa, Franklin Manor, Tasmania and three years with acclaimed ‘cook’ Stefano de Pieri as restaurant manager and sommelier at Stefano’s.

It is a real treat to watch him in action on the restaurant floor, discussing and making recommendation from his extensive wine list or helping choose a special local favourite from the menu!

About Mandy

Mandy Williams is the one person that everyone wants on their team.  Undoubtedly it is her exuberant nature and love of people that make her the perfect hostess. While regular customers are delighted to see her smile and hear her laughter throughout the restaurant, it is Mandy’s role in the back of house ‘engine room’ that is crucial to the success and continued growth of  this exceptional business. Whilst she is both strategic and analytical and loves numbers, most importantly she understands people and what ‘it is’ that keeps their customers coming back!

She is a 'can do' person.  Just spend a moment with her and you can’t help but be motivated by her energy and enthusiasm!

And whilst her heart is now in the country, Mandy has travelled extensively both domestically and internationally to gain experience in a myriad of areas; from customer service and management roles including retail management, hospitality and tourism, visual merchandising, public relations  and regional development to her current role of sitting on the Mildura Tourism Board.
