The original Spanish Bar & Grill was a well known and loved restaurant in the old Grand Hotel, only the name has been retained to pay homage to such a well loved local icon.
“Meet Me at the Bar” is a pretty common calling in Australia, however at Seasons and The Grill it goes a bit further, with the bar literally being the meeting point between the two restaurants. Walk through the front door on Langtree Avenue and you are greeted with a sparkling array of glassware, an extensive wine collection and a beautifully crafted timber centerpiece, which is the working hub of the space. On your left is The Grill, a space that evokes the feeling of a grand gentleman’s club, with deep leather lounges, beautiful towering windows and a wonderful relaxed and luxurious ambience. On the right is Seasons, while occupying a similar space, Seasons is energetic, vibrant and elegantly modern.
The bar has a very important role to play in the philosophy of both restaurants, offering one of the largest and most beautifully crafted wine lists in regional Australia. With multiple sommeliers on staff we can also help to perfectly match your wine choice with your menu selection.

An up market Australian dining space, offering a menu that is brimming with fresh seasonal produce sourced from all over Australia, the emphasis at the aptly named Seasons is “seasonality.” Abundant, delicious choices are on offer from the a la carte menu, as well as daily blackboard specials.
Slow Food is an international food movement that believes and supports traditional, time honoured ethical food practice, together with the joining of friends to share the preparation of food and conviviality at the table.

OK, so we are not really Spanish. The name is simply for historical authenticity, the original Spanish Bar & Grill was located within the old Grand Hotel and was a much loved dining venue for many years. Call us romantic, but we just wanted to keep the name!
A classic steak house
What we really offer is one of the best steakhouses in Australia, Awarded “Best Steak Restaurant 2009 & 2007” by Restaurant & Catering Victoria. Premium cuts of meat cooked to perfection on the red gum grill - it doesn’t get much better than this. For the less carnivorous the regular deliveries of fresh seafood offer a tantalizing alternative.
